Srivani Store is a retail grocery and general merchandise store established in 1983.
Online payments are accepted only against manually generated bills or confirmed customer orders.
We do not operate as a fully automated e-commerce marketplace.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Applicable taxes are included as per GST regulations.
- Additional transport or handling charges (if any) are clearly shown before payment.
4. Order Confirmation
Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway.
If payment fails, the order will not be processed.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on order type and service location.
Home delivery is available within serviceable areas of Sangareddy and nearby regions.
6. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once goods are dispatched or delivered, cancellation may not be possible depending on product type.
7. Limitation of Liability
Srivani Store shall not be liable for:
- Payment gateway downtime
- Banking delays
- Incorrect details provided by the customer
