Refund & Cancellation Policy

Srivani Store follows a transparent and fair refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible for perishable or grocery items.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical payment error
  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Non-delivery due to store-side issue

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products already delivered in good condition
  • Customer change of mind after delivery
  • Perishable goods

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days. Actual credit timeline depends on the customer’s bank.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
